My work is informed by attachment, neuroplasticity, and relational theories from a feminist perspective. I'm interested in the creative process, and currently offer emotional support and guidance for people who are experiencing difficulty coping with the political situation.
Meditation is a base from which I work. In addition, I am a registered Animal Assisted Therapy Dog Handler, and my dogs and I have worked with many different types of people. They are available for Animal Assisted Therapy sessions.
Some of my specialties are: depression, anxiety, trauma, aging issues, recovery issues, self esteem, gender identity issues, gay/lesbian, transgender and bi-sexual issues, grief, including the loss of a pet, spirituality, women's issues, and the creative process.
